修饰 不定代词 如 someone / someplace/ anything来指代另外一个,而不特别指明哪一个.

else多用于特殊疑问词后.
而other主要修饰名词,放在名词前面.

else有点泛指的意思 就是常常跟 不定数量的名词 例如 anything anybody 这一类的
other语义上又比else要明确很多 可以特指 常常跟比较具体的名词 例如 other people
