其实背范文并不是一个很好的办法.首先,你能背到的范文是有限的,并不能彻底解决你的口语问题.而且现在市面上很多参考书,其实写的并不是很口语化,相对比较书面.其次,因为接触过很多背范文的学生,考官可以非常清楚地听出你是在讲还是在背.
针对口语的提高问题,建议平时可以多读一些文章（大声朗读）,慎小嶷的《十天突破雅思口语》写得不错,这样可以提高语感,避免很多学生在口语表达中翻译痕迹很重的问题.
关于咖啡厅的presentation,可以给出如下建议,
1、咖啡厅的名字（可以给咖啡厅的名字编一个由来）
2、咖啡厅的地址
3、咖啡厅的装潢（这一点有比较多可以讲,比如可以说这个咖啡厅是泰国人开的,老板是泰国人,服务员都穿着泰国传统的服饰,有泰国的菩萨雕像,泰国的香料等等）
4、你什么时候会去咖啡馆,你去那里干什么（比如朋友聚会、看书喝咖啡等等）
5、这个咖啡馆有什么特色（比如现在国外很流行的suspended coffee待用咖啡）
6、你为什么会喜欢去这个咖啡馆,有什么特殊意义等
别的还有很多,你可以选择容易讲的去说.考官在乎的并不是你答案的真是性,而是你对语言的组织.
Today I would like to share with you my favorite cafe nearby the Wushan Square.
The boss comes from Thailand and all the waiters and waitresses are wearing the traditional costumes,which creates an atmosphere of the country.Every time when the guests entering the cafe,they will welcome them by saying “sawadica”,which means “hello” in Thai,the official language in Thailand.
After entering the cafe,you can smell the fragrance of different spices and also see the sculptures of Buddha on the wall.
I usually drink mocha there every Saturday afternoon,while reading books or communicating with my friends.
If I have enough time,I would like to talk with you about the boss,who is a humorous person.Every time he will use his poor Chinese to chat with me.It always makes me laugh,and we become good friends at last.That’s why I love this cafe.
