Nowadays,many family care about that how can their children become independent learners.A lots of students who cannot consciously learning,because there are lots of things to attract them,in the life.Such as,games,telecasting,film,Internet and so forth.If students become independent learners,they should impermanent cease their interests and they should relax their brain.
We should know a thing which learn is own,and nobody can help our do it.On the one hand,if we do not have money,family will give us.If we do not have clothes,family will help us buy it.If we do not have job,family will help us find it.But if we do not have knowledge,family will not give us,they only can do it about they will provide good education,so learning is by yourself and not a lazy.On the other hand,a clever independent learners know a reason that is think things out for oneself,and they should adjust their mentality,for example,a student join exam,he will adjust his mentality,if he did not adjust his mentality,he would get good achievement.
When we study new knowledge in the class,we should prepare lessons before the class,and after the class we should revise the knowledge.I think that students want to become independent learners,they should know custom of themselves.And when they get these information,they can make study plan,because plan is a blueprint of a goal yet achieve.And student should reasonable arrange their learning of time and entertainment time,when student have reasonable study time,they will not tired their study plan.When students learn in university,they will be faced with a lot of challenge,they will study alone and nobody help them solve problem,they need to use Internet or books find answer of questions.Students should study how can they study alone.A independent learner has ability which is study alone,find answer by themselves and so forth.
Independent learning is an active learning,independent learning behave study interests.And interest has two area,first area which is interest from people’s brain,other area which is activities results.When students have interest from their brain,they enjoy it and they think which is not burden.But if family order students study things that student do not like them,they will reject them.Autonomous learning is a kind of independent learning.If initiative performance for I want to learn,then independence is behaved for I can learn.When students have these ability,they should create a lot of chance of opportunity for themselves.It is important that they study independent capacity.If person does not have this capacity,he will not work alone and he will need lots of help from his friends and workmate,and his boss think he is no ability people.When students study independent skill,they can improve their possessiveness.So they can control themselves from external influence.
In our life,we have lots of ways help us find information which we need.First way,we can find information in library,“the best way to start your library research is to attend the learning centre orientation tour at the beginning of your course so that you can find out about all the resources that are available,and use the help desk or ask a librarian for help if you are struggling to find a resource or use equipment.” (according to DR CATHERINE DAWSON) When students use this way to find their knowledge of course,they will improve their independent skills.Second way,nowadays is information age,students should use Internet,because on Internet has lots of new information and general information.
