前提：有些人坐船上班,船想提速,有些人反对,原本上班坐船一小时,然后一句：they feel that an hour is just enough time to rest这句话怎么理解?

我认为是1 为什么
我的想法是：因为他们喜欢在船上（前文说船上看风景 喝咖啡 交朋友等），所以正好一个小时放松 刚刚好 提速后他们在船上放松的时间少了。
2说他们将不会有足够时间休息，但除了在船上，还可以在其他地方休息啊

2 they won't have enough time to rest 他们将不会有足够时间休息.
是感觉有点奇怪,因为上面那句话说是一小时足够休息,但是提速后就不足一小时就不够时间休息了,这就是答案2的意思,所以选答案2 .你的理解也是很对的.
船原本要一个小时，提速了就要不到一个小时了。 那些上班的人需要一个小时来休息， 所以提速会使他们休息的时间不够。
因为，首先要明白这些人反对提速，他们认为，一小时才刚刚够休息而已，just突出刚刚。换句话说，就是前脚上船，后脚就下船了。
而且1也不符合常理
前提是有人反对提速，喜欢呆在船上有点牵强，根据上下文的话还是2会比较合理
