否定式中没有动词用not还是don't

否定式中没有动词用not还是don't 动词否定式可以不加not吗?例如：Love not change.这个动词change没有加助动词到do,是语法错误还是可以这样用?错了，我问的是:动词否定式可以不加助动词吗? 关于英语中形容词否定式的用法形容词的否定式是用no还是not加以否定?或者是两者兼而有之?eg.no dear OR not dear我要的是否定式不是加前缀的否定词!
