I.INTRODUCTION
Asset Management Corporation purchased NPLs from state-owned bank.It will inherit and exercise these creditors’ right.Based on the business scope and patterns specified by financial supervisory authorities,AMC has the right to restructure those NPLs in the process of NPLs disposition in line with relevant laws and regulations.AMC will adapt suitable measures to specific conditions in NPL and collateral disposition.Those measures include sale,exchange,restructuring,debt-equity swap,and securitization.The major role of the company is to purchase,manage and dispose of NPLs acquired from financial institutions.The company's operational goal is to preserve the asset value and maximize the recovery value.
The word “auction” comes from the Latin “augere”,which means “to increase”.People often exchange commodities that are not commonly used.Auction has been received as a scientific subject by researchers for no more than half of a century.Vickrey,who has been regarded as the pioneer in the field of auction theory,started his research from the viewpoint of game theory.His seminal paper,“Counterspeculation,auctions and sealed tenders”,published on the Journal of Finance in 1961,is the most important paper in this field.Because of this work,Vickrey was rewarded the Nobel Price in Economic in 1996.
Many researchers and practitioners have devotedthemselves to various fields of research and application.With the rise of Internet,the application to electronic commerce is immediate.Internet-based auctions differ from traditional ones in that they bend the rules of time and space.
Conventional auctions only automate negotiation on the price.It would be comfortable to have procurement,the attribute of a deal include the delivery period,credit degree,ending deadline,quantity,etc.But so many attributes lead to heaven work burden and the individual factors affect the allocation of attribute.The approach of attribute reduction and attribute solving in rough set can solve these problems.We can delete redundant attribute by attribute reduction.The approach to compute the significance of attribute can remove the individual factors affect the allocation of attribute and make the allocation of attribute more scientific.
The rest of this paper is organized as follows:we start in section 2 with an overview of the theory of auction and multi-attributes decision making.Section 3 describes the theory of rough mode and takes an example to solve the problem of multi-attributes decision making by rough sets mode,Section 4 presents our evaluations or potential research directions and gives a conclusion.
