Informational roles:
Involve receiving,monitoring (receives internal and external information from the organization),collecting (collect information from organizations and institutions outside or inside),and disseminating (transmits information received from outsiders or from other employees to members of the organization).
Decisional roles:
Every manager needs to make a variety of decisions.It includes decide whether the opportunities is suit for environment or the stratege of projects and manager need to decide how to make the change come true,and find out the good action when organization faces the problem.

Interpersonal roles:

All mansgers are required to perform duties that are ceremonial and symbolic in nature.Interpersonal roles include figurehead(symbolic head,required to perform a number of routine duties of a legal or social nature),leader(responsible for the motivation and direction of employees),liaison(maintains a network of outside contacts who provide favors and information).
Informational roles:
All mansgers ,to some degree,collect information from organizations and institutions outside their own.informational roles include monitor(receives wide variety of information;serve as nerve center of internal and external information of the organization),disseminator(transmits information received from outsiders or from other employees to members of the organization),spokesperson(transmits information to outsiders on organization’s plans,policies,actions,and results ).
Dcisional roles:
Every manager needs to make a varity of decisions.It include enterpreneur(searchs organization and environment for opportunities and initiates projects to bring about change),disturbance handler(responsible for corrective action when organizaton faces important,unexpected disturbance),negotiator(responsible for representing the organization at major negotiations).
