Sometimes,some important business can't be done without telephone.Actually,the negotiation on the phone is as important as face-to-face communication.
We can successfully achieve phone negotiation only when we master several skills.
Firstly,your voice should be friendly and attitude as helpful as you can so that the other end of the phone consider you polite and courteous,knowing your good manner and absorbing a nice impression from you.As a result,you are more likely to earn the listener's trust.
Secondly,you should keeping acknowledging while on the phone ,often with "well" to make the listner know you are listening attentively.
The least but most important,you ought to never raise voice even when disagreemen appear.Instead,you should always clarify your points in a gentle sound.
