3.The Representative/Distributor undertakes not to canvass for customers of the Products nor to maintain places of business or export warehouses outside the Territory (with the exception of such of the Representative/Distributor's places of business and export warehouses as are existing at the date of signature of this Agreement and have been notified to Dialab).None of the Representative/Distributor's places of business and export warehouses outside the Territory,if any,shall not be used to develop the Territory,even if they are connected with Dialab through other agreements.No exception shall be permissible except when specifically agreed in writing on a case-to-case basis.
